I grew up in Henry County, Georgia, just an hour away from Life University in Marietta — though at the time, I had no idea it was the #1 chiropractic school in the world. It’s wild looking back, knowing I was that close to what would eventually become my calling.

 

My journey into healthcare started after dealing with football injuries in high school, which showed me just how much physical setbacks can impact your everyday life. I was officially introduced to chiropractic during my first year at Mississippi State University, and after my first adjustment, I knew there was something powerful in this work.

 

As a Division 1 football player at Mississippi State and later at the University of Memphis, I experienced firsthand the physical toll sports — and life — can take. That background still influences how I care for my patients today.
